How we recover
Subrogation collections
Recovery doesn't end with a judgment. We pursue collectible assets through every tool Georgia law provides:
- Property liens (FIFAs)
- We file a lien against any real property the debtor owns, which secures payment out of a future sale.
- Garnishments
- We garnish bank accounts and wages when a debtor stops paying.
- Income deduction orders
- The court orders the debtor's employer to deduct payment from each paycheck.
- License suspensions
- We petition to suspend the license of a debtor who stops paying.
We use these tools from the pre-litigation demand through post-judgment enforcement.
Subrogation litigation
We take claims from the demand letter through jury and bench trial in all 159 Georgia counties, then enforce the judgment. Where the at-fault party is uninsured, we sue that person directly.
Inter-company arbitration
Our arbitration unit reviews, files, and handles inter-company arbitration claims, and represents you in the forums insurers use instead of litigation.
